Privacy notice

Short version: this website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers.

Effective October 2026

What this website collects

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or social media tracking tools. Fonts and all other files are served from this website itself, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit.

Like any website, our hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use that information to identify or profile visitors.

When you contact us

The contact form does not send or store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to sammy@ignitealchemypartners.com. If you send it, we receive what you choose to include, such as your name, organization, email address, and message.

We use that information only to respond to you and, if you choose to work with us, to carry out the engagement. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Client data in engagements

Data a city or county shares with us during an engagement is used only for that engagement, handled under the terms of our agreement and the client's own records and IT policies, and returned or deleted at the end of the engagement as the agreement provides.

Public information requests

Correspondence with a government entity may be subject to the Texas Public Information Act. Please keep that in mind when sending us information.
